AV Visuals(a VEALE LLC Company) 

In the following terms & conditions “the photographer” shall mean staff operating as AV Visuals a VEALE LLC company. “The clients” shall be those persons defined who booked the service.These terms & conditions cannot be varied in any way by the clients unless such conditions are expressly agreed by AV Visuals in writing. 

1. COPYRIGHT
i. The copyright Designs and Patents Acts assign the copyright of the images to the photographer.  

2. DISPLAY
i. The client(s) hereby allow(s) AV Visuals to display any photograph / video content covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in regular advertising, social media advertising brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums etc. 

3. CREATIVE LICENSE, COVERAGE AND REPRODUCTION
i. Photographs / video taken during the course of the shoot will be at the discretion of AV Visuals, although every effort will be made to comply with the clients requirements. 
ii. Special requests are not binding instructions, although every effort is made to comply with the client's wishes. AV Visuals will do their best to honor the requested photographs/ video content but do not undertake to guarantee any specific pictures or videos nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangements due to changes in weather and the availability and willingness of subjects.
iii. For bookings involving official ceremonies or at certain venues, the photographer's movements are sometimes restricted by the official / management in charge. The area from which AV Visuals is able to cover the event may not be the photographer's choice and the photographer cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case. 
iv. Due to a variety of lighting conditions and the limitations of digital sensors, some colors may alter throughout a set of photographs or vidoes.
v. Although all equipment is checked regularly and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available, the AV Visuals will not be responsible for photographs/ videos that are not produced due to technical failure. 

4. PAYMENT
i. If a booked session is canceled due to client’s personal reasons 30 percent of the full booking amount will be withheld. If a booked session is canceled due to photographers personal reasons a full refund will be given to the client. The terms and conditions will be published on our website. It is assumed that the client has reviewed and agrees to all terms when they book a session.
ii. Payment is due in full when the session is booked online.
iii. Additional requests must be paid for in full at the time services are rendered.
iv. All content will be withheld from the client if all services are not paid in full.

5.  DELIVERY
i. Photos - content will be shared with the client via digital drop box format.AV Visuals requests one week from the time service was rendered for the content to be finalized with the goal of delivering early if possible.
One hour Photo Shoots: Clients will receive 5-10 edited photos. AV Visuals does not provide unedited raw photos.
Two hour Photo Shoots: Clients will receive 8-12 edited photos. AV Visuals does not provide unedited raw photos.
One hour Video Shoots: Clients will receive 1 edited video up to 2 minutes. AV Visuals does not provide unedited raw video content.
Two hour Video Shoots: Clients will receive 1 edited video up to 3 minutes. AV Visuals does not provide unedited raw video content.
Two hour Photo - Video Shoots:Clients will receive 5-10 edited photos and 1 edited video up to 2 minutes. AV Visuals does not provide unedited raw photo - video content.
Monthly Content Creation Service - This service varies, details will be reviewed with the client.


The Client has up until 1 week after content is delivered to request final edits. After that unless agreed upon edit requests will be denied.
